Commission Info

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE CONTACTING ME.

GENERAL INFORMATION

1. Artwork completion can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks depending on how many other commissions I have on the go and how much time yours will take. Please ask for time estimate for accurate turnaround expectancy.

2. Turn around time for art completion begins when the first payment is received.

3. Please be as detailed as possible with your art requests. Feel free to include reference images. This helps me greatly envision what you want.

4. ​I will show stages of the artwork (sketch, color etc) and get your approval before continuing and making tweaks as necessary. 

5. If you decide you want to go in a different direction with the art from what was originally agreed upon, further charges may be necessary to do so to account for the extra time making significant changes.

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. I reserve the right to refuse your commission.

2. All commissioned pieces are for your own personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise agreed upon through contract (please ask me about this if commercial use is your intention). You may not use any artwork for commercial use (ex. t-shirts, posters, merch etc.) unless we have an agreement and you've been given the Rights to Sell.

3. You may not redistribute my artwork without permission or credit.

4. As the artist, I own the rights to the artwork and retain the right to display the work as a part of my portfolio.

5. You may not modify or alter the artwork without permission.

6. Cancellation fees will occur if I have already started your commission, and you request a cancellation. The fee will be based on the amount of progress I have made, and you will be charged a minimum of half the commission.

7. You will not be charged if I decide to cancel your commission on my own accord. You will receive a full refund if you have already paid for your commission.

8. Please do not spam my email or DMs.

9. Be aware I may stream parts of the creation process and final artworks and share it on social media of your commission. If you do not want this and want your commission to be private, please let me know in advance.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

1. All payment is completed via PayPal invoice sent from me (not my donation button on Twitch).

2. Do not send any money until we are both in agreement.

3. All prices are listed and discussed in USD. Invoices will convert to CAD as I am Canadian. You will be able to pay the invoice with any currency and it will convert automatically.

4. All prices below are rough estimates. Please contact me with your request for a more accurate estimate.

5. 50% of payment is required up front for me to start. On smaller art projects I may ask for the full amount upfront such as emotes. Small artworks I always ask for the full amount upfront as I can't send watermarked versions.

6. Rush orders can be arranged for extra cost. Please inquire with me if you need an artwork completed quickly.
